Xtreme Bridal is a really cool and unusual concept in wedding photography, so I’m sure you have lots of questions. What is Xtreme Bridal?
Xtreme Bridal is all about creating the most stunning images possible without the stress and worry of the keeping the dress spotless on your wedding day. On the wedding day you have to worry about making it to the reception looking clean and glamourous, but by doing it on another day after the wedding day we can be less careful of the dress and thus getting some killer bridal portraits. These sessions are also known as Trash the Dress or Drown the Gown, but I don’t like these names as it can scare people into thinking that they will destroy their dress.

Why on Earth would I want to do it?
We know you probably spent thousands of dollars on your dress… so make the most if it. Wear it more than once. Create some stunning art. Most dresses end up stuck in a box in the cupboard…. Your daughter is not going to wear the dress is 20 years time …. so get the most you can out of your wedding dress!

When are Xtreme Bridal shoots normally done?
It is done after the wedding and honeymoon, on a seperate day. You’ll probably want to get your dress dry cleaned anyway … so why not have some fun with the dress first?

How do we do it?
There is no set way of doing this, the whole point to think outside the box and get creative. We have done these shoots on beautiful beaches, exotic waterfalls, urban alleyways, swamps, swimming pools, city fountains, railway yards, paintball fields, caves etc. And we like to theme the shoots around your personal interests. So if you’re a surfer, then we can incorporate surfing into the shoot.
