Julia & Robert Wedding | Appin House

Early last year Julia was the bridesmaid for one of our couples, Tabitha & Ike. This year it was her turn in the spotlight when she married Robert.

The boys got ready at their newly purchased cottage in a rather rural part of Camden, and our instructions on finding it … go to the very end of the sealed road then follow the dirt road till the very end. And with a couple of forks along the way we found the boys and the rather spectacular view from Julia & Robert’s property. With the surrounding area being as stunning as it was we even headed back that way for photos after the wedding ceremony, which was at Campbelltown City Baptist Church.

The wedding reception was held at the lovely Appin House in the Macarthur region, and after taking advantage of their gardens for some more photos, the celebrations began!

Sally & Tristan Wedding | Mudgee Wedding Photographer

We recently had the pleasure of heading to beautiful Mudgee for the country wedding of Sally & Tristan. They are both from Sydney but wanting a rustic, country feel for their wedding. They searched for the perfect venue in the Hunter Valley and then Mudgee… and in Mudgee they found it! And wow what a find! The Vine Grove Mudgee, which is basically a marquee set in the middle of a vineyard in the middle of the vines. It is owned by Wedding and Event Stylist Sarah Ferris of The Venue Dresser, who has added her amazing touch throughout this stunning venue

Tristan and the boys got ready at The Vine Grove Mudgee while Sally and the girls went to the salon before heading to Two Red Doors Mudgee. The wedding ceremony was at St Mary’s Catholic Church Mudgee, right in the centre of town. After the ceremony we headed back to The Vine Grove to take advantage of the wonderful location for photos and to start the party.

Catherine & Jon Wedding | Chinese Gardens Sydney

With only a few months to go before there wedding Catherine and Jon were told that the date they had chosen was not necessarily the most auspicious date… the day before would be much better. Not to be deterred, having already planned their ideal wedding, they took it in their stride and decided to have 2 days worth of celebrations instead

On the first day we captured their wedding ceremony and spent some time taking photos in the beautiful Chinese Garden of Friendship Darling Harbour. The following day, the original ‘wedding day’, the reception was held at the Sebel Pier One in the Harbour Watch Room with stunning harbour views over Sydney!

Kat & Rhys Wedding | St Philips Anglican | Zest Royal Motor Yacht Club

Having met Kat & Rhys over two year before their wedding we knew they were organised, and the detailed spread sheets we received in the lead up and in evidence on the day proved it. All of this planning and care on Kat’s behalf meant the day ran beautifully

Rhys and the boys got ready at the Raddison Blu Plaza Hotel , and Kat and the girls down the road at Meriton Serviced Apartments Pitt St.

The bells rang full chime at St Philips York St Anglican Church to announce the brides arrival for the wedding ceremony. We then headed around to various locations in the city and Centennial Park for photos and… as Kat and Rhys are massive soccer fans… they even spent some time kicking a ball around

The wedding reception was at Zest at the Royal Motor Yacht Club Point Piper, a cocktail party with an awesome lolly bar with Reeces pieces as a feature
