Jess & Nick Wedding | Yarramalong Valley Farmstay Wedding
Back in my theatre days, Nick and I were in arguably the greatest production of the musical West Side Story, that the world had ever seen! It was an all star cast and Nick and I were on opposing sides in the show. But we got on like a house-on-fire and became good friends.
Last time I saw Nick and Jess it was five years ago at a bar in the city, where we had a bit of a reunion of sorts. So seeing and documenting their wedding was an absolute privilege and very very special.
They both got ready on an amazing Central Coast property called Yarramalong Valley Farmstay. Nick got ready in the front of the house while Jess was in the back of the house. The ceremony was held on site at the bottom of the hill just as the sun was setting behind the mountains. They both wrote their own vows and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.
After the wedding ceremony it was just a short walk across the road to a cute community hall, Wyong Creek Hall, where the wedding reception was held. And I think you can tell by the photos what an awesome day it was.
