A little bit about us… Cavanagh Photography is a humble home based photography business run by myself and my lovely wife Kim. We have been in business for about five years and have really found our niche in wedding photography. We are based just over an hour north of Sydney in the Central Coast region of NSW.
We have recently won a lot of professional photography awards and our wedding photography has taken us all over Australia and the world, and I guess it’s because we capture the day a little differently to most wedding photographers. Our style would be best described as photojournalistic. We love capturing real, unscripted, candid moments on the wedding day.
We don’t just photograph weddings in Sydney, The Hunter Valley and Central Coast. Many of our couples love our photography style and therefore choose to have us travel to their wedding, whether it’s interstate or overseas.
During the winter months of Australia (June, July & August) are the main times when we will do our destination weddings, as we are normally just too busy with weddings here in Australia to travel. (But of course, if we can fit a destination wedding in during our peak season we will).
Pricing… all you need to do is book our ‘Wedding Day Coverage’ and cover our travel expenses. BUT if we are already in the area at the time of your wedding, then travel fees may be greatly discounted 🙂
