2009 Canon AIPP Australian Professional Photography Awards (APPA)
I’m very excited to announce that I just received a Silver Award in the 2009 Canon AIPP Australian Professional Photography Awards that was recently held at the PMA show at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour.
This was my first time entering the national awards and I feel very honoured to have made Silver. And it was fantastic to be judged next to Australia’s best photographers and to have done well.
I find that entering these awards, makes me push myself to create award winning images each wedding for my wonderful clients. And it’s great motivation to push me to try new ideas, angles, compositions and not just do the same old thing…. and it’s a lot of fun!!
So if I’m shooting your wedding or portrait and you start the think “what the hell is he doing… where is he going… where is he taking us?” lol. Trust me! I’m trying to capture something extraordinary for you 😉
