Karyn set up this maternity session as a present for her husband. He knew nothing about it…. what a great idea! And she arranged it just a few days before she was due to give birth. Hair and makeup was done by the wonderful Roxy. We started off at Karyn’s place before heading outside to a cool winter’s day in Sydney.

I hate canceling a photo shoot due to bad weather and thank god we didn’t for this maternity shoot. It was torrential rain as we left Sydney for our Wollongong maternity shoot. But Liz assured us that it was fine weather down there, and it was. And the cloud actually made the light really gentle…
