Katie & Simon Wedding | Peppers Creek Barrel Room Hunter Valley

We looove the Hunter Valley!! We love the beautiful vineyards, the wonderful restaurants and of course the wines. Every time we go up to the Hunter Valley we seem to come home with cases and cases of wines. So when my second cousin Katie, asked us to photograph her wedding in the Hunter Valley ,we jumped at the chance.

We started the day with the girls at Thistle Hill Guest House in Pokolbin. Katies family had booked out the whole place so we had free run of the 25 acre property. Thistle Hill actually has a pet Kangaroo called Chloe who wanders in and out of the house. I love the photo below of Katie walking past Chloe the Kangaroo. Next we visited the boys at Grapevines, who had just got back from a round of golf. Then we literally had to cross the road to get to Peppers Creek Chapel where the wedding ceremony was being held. It is such a gorgeous setting with the Chapel set amongst the vines. After the ceremony we did some photos around the vines before heading into the Peppers Creek Barrel Room for the wedding reception.

Katie & Simon, thank you so much for asking us to capture your wedding day. It was such a wonderful day in such a perfect setting.

  3. Hi, Adam!
Esquisite Work! I really like the negative space photo from the bride, and the detail shots on the top of the post. Very good solution for not posting every single photo, but a lot of them at once, in a nice way!
    Congrats!
